Big & Little Scrapper: Valentine’s Mailbox Edition

[ February 6, 2010; 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm. ] Moms, Dads, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, & Nannies! Bring your favorite little person (6 years & up) to this popular class. This month you will make a Valentine’s themed mailbox stuffed with matching mini love notes for a special Valentine, using cardstock, patterned papers, and embellishments.

Fee: $25


Valentine’s Themed Mini Accordion Album in a Gift Tin

[ February 8, 2010; 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm. ] Come and learn how to make this charming mini accordion album that fits perfectly into a matching gift card tin, using cardstock, patterned paper, embellishments, & ribbon. This little gem can be carried around in your purse or jacket pocket, and is a perfect gift to give Grandma or Grandpa to use as a brag book. We will also show you how to decorate a matching gift bag! Please bring 4-8 wallet-sized photos with you to the class.

Scrapbooking 101: The Basics

[ February 8, 2010; 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. February 20, 2010; 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. ] Explore the basic techniques of scrapbooking to quickly transform photos into wonderful scrapbook pages! Learn to lay out your pages and incorporate creative tricks, including using die cuts, rubber stamping, stickers, and more. Expect to complete 2 pages.

Fee: $20

Course fee includes: papers, embellishments, and full access to studio supplies. Students should bring at least five photos.


Squash Book Album

[ February 9, 2010; 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm. February 28, 2010; 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm. ] Create an album that “explodes” with photos right at your finger tips. Learn to make this very creative little album to give as a gift or carry recent pictures of your family. Stop by the store to see an example of what you will be creating!

Scrapbooking 102: Advanced Techniques

[ February 9, 2010; 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. February 27, 2010; 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. ] Did you take scrapbook 101? Come put your new skills to the test and learn some advanced techniques that will take your projects to the next level! New techniques include using chalks, paper tearing, advanced die-cuts, eyelets, brads, embossing, and more. Expect to complete 2 pages.

Fee: $20

Course fee includes: papers, embellishments, and full access to studio supplies. Students should bring at least five photos.


Open Crop, Card, or Craft Night!

[ February 12, 2010; 6:00 pm to 11:59 pm. February 26, 2010; 12:00 am to 11:59 pm. ] Come join us for an open crop night! Bring your scrapbook, greeting cards, or any other craft project that you might need to get done - and use out spacious studio for a one-night fee of just $10! Feel free to bring a snack, dinner or order from the nearby restaurants.

A designer will be on hand from 6:00pm - 8:30pm.

Note: You must sign up 48 hours in advance.


Make Your Own Invitations

[ February 20, 2010; 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. February 27, 2010; 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. ] Unique Invitations will make the perfect introduction to your next soiree! Learn how to create several styles of invitations while learning key embellishment techniques, and how to die cut that perfect shape.

Scrapbooking on Mini Canvases and Chipboard Coasters

[ February 24, 2010; 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. ] Bring your memories out of the album and onto your walls! Let us teach you how to create wall art/signs using mini canvases & coasters, chipboard, chalks, card stock, scrapbook paper, and embellishments. They’re perfect for your next party, or for just adding that extra touch to your personal space.

“10 Things I Love About You” Mini Album

[ February 24, 2010; 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm. February 28, 2010; 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm. ] Mini Albums are all the rage… and are especially nice for gift giving! Join us to learn how to take pieces of chipboard, cardstock, patterned paper scraps, charms and words to create an awesome mini album for any of the “special someones” in your life.

[ February 24, 2010; 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. ] Are you tired of wrapping your presents the same old way? Did you know you can take a plain gift bag and make a masterpiece?
